Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms are the agreement between RoofCue LLC, an Arizona limited liability company that runs JobCue™ by RoofCue ("we"), and the business that uses JobCue ("you"). By starting or using JobCue, you agree to them. If you agree for a business, you confirm you are allowed to.
Who Can Use JobCue
JobCue is for businesses and their people, 18 or older, using it for their work. The person who starts a JobCue company is its owner and is responsible for everyone they let use it.
Early Access
JobCue is in early access, by invitation. While it is, JobCue is free. Before anything costs money, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you will never be charged unless you choose a paid plan. Features may change, be added or be removed as we build. If we ever end early access or JobCue, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead so you can download your information.
Your Account
Give us accurate details and keep them current. Sign-in codes go to your email, so keep your email account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your JobCue company. Tell us right away at hello@getroofcue.com if you think someone got in who should not have.
Your Information Is Yours
You keep all rights to what you put in JobCue: your business details, your customers' information, photos, inspections, prices and documents. You let us store, copy, process and show it only to provide JobCue to you and your team, as our Privacy Notice explains. We never sell it.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information and photos, for telling them how you use it, and for following the laws on contacting them, including laws on calls, texts and email (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM). Do not put Social Security numbers, payment card or bank account numbers, or health information in JobCue.
Your Business, Your Work
You run your business. You set your prices, decide what to bid, choose your customers, and are responsible for your licenses, insurance, permits, inspections, estimates, proposals, contracts, work and warranties. This includes change orders, allowances, payment schedules and anything your customers sign in JobCue. Any agreement for work is between you and your customer; we are not a party to it.
The ready-made services, inspection templates and any example text in JobCue are starting points, not professional, legal or safety advice. Check them before you use them, and have a lawyer review the terms you give your customers.
Using JobCue Fairly
Do not:
- use JobCue for anything illegal, harmful or misleading;
- upload anything you do not have the right to use;
- try to get around JobCue's limits or security, or reach other companies' information;
- copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload JobCue, or use it to build a competing product;
- send malware or automated or fake requests.
Some features have a real cost to us, such as address suggestions, so they have daily limits.
Texting Your Customers
If you text customers through JobCue, you must have each customer's agreement first and record it in JobCue ("Customer agreed to get texts"), text only about their jobs, and honor STOP right away (JobCue stops texts to that number automatically). You're responsible for following the texting laws that apply to you.
Services From Others
JobCue uses other companies' services for hosting, storage, email, text messages and address suggestions. Address suggestions are provided by Google: by using them you agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for other companies' outages or changes, and we may change providers to keep JobCue working.
Our Software
JobCue, RoofCue and our software, designs and text belong to RoofCue LLC, and we keep every right not given to you here. While your account is open, you may use JobCue for your own business. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
Emails From Us
You agree that we may send you notices, codes and these terms electronically, and that electronic notices count as written ones.
Closing Your Account
You can close your account any time by emailing hello@getroofcue.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you first unless something urgent, such as abuse or a security risk, needs action right away. After an account closes, you have 30 days to ask for a download of your information; then it is deleted, as the Privacy Notice describes.
No Warranties
We work to keep JobCue running, secure and backed up. Even so, JobCue is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy, and we do not promise JobCue will be uninterrupted or free of mistakes. Keep your own copies of documents you must keep.
Limit on Our Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost jobs, lost data, or indirect, special or consequential damages, even if we were told they were possible. Our total responsibility for any claims about JobCue is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Covering Us for Your Business
You agree to defend and cover RoofCue LLC (indemnify us) against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable lawyers' fees, that come from your work, your dealings with your customers, the information you put in JobCue, how you contact people, or your breaking these terms or the law.
Changes to These Terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email the account owner before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before then; using JobCue after that means you accept the change.
Law and Disputes
Arizona law applies to these terms. If there is a dispute, we will first try to settle it by talking for 30 days. If that fails, the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, decide it, though either of us may use small claims court instead.
The Rest
These terms and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between us. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your account without our written consent. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
